I seem to be unable to change subform properties from the parent form.
The sub form is named SubPlace and the Parent is SeleLoc.  The control
on the parent is also SubPlace.  I want to change DefaultEditing from 
1 to 3 for the subform.  1 is Data Entry and 3 is Read Only.  Suggestions
of other ways to accomplish the same change are also welcome.
The big picture is that I have a command button that changes the parent
from Data Entry to ShowAllRecords and Can't Add Records.  I want the
subform properties to change at the same time.
