Alan, I'm another HF FAX & SITOR listener.  My location is in San Diego, 
California.  My equipment consists of a Sangean 818CS, AEA Pakratt 232 
(PK-232), a SONY AN-1 active antenna and a C128 computer.  I use the C128 in 
64 mode for all FAX and SITOR intercepts.  I have a question for you.  Is the 
BFO on your 803A tricky?  I've found that it takes considerable effort to 
tune some of the FAX and SITOR stations just right to where they can be 
copied with reasonable clarity.  Others who own Sangean receivers say the
