subject: Railbox?

I thought all the old RailBox cars were now owned by various roads.
Yesterday I saw a NEWLY REPAINTED RailBox Boxcar!
RBOX 37461
No other Reporting marks were on this car.
I had the traditional giant lowercase "r" but the rest of the railbox
logo was a bit smaller than standard railbox box cars...and there happened to
be two older very beat up Railbox cars coupled to it to compare it with.
Also, on the right side of the door, the red/blue arrows were considerably
smaller than on it's older cousins sitting next to it, and the little
"motto" above those arrows wasn't on the car.
This car appeared to have been painted very recently, and had no visible
dirt and grime on one side, but a grafitti artist had already attacked the
other side. Even the door was repainted and all the "data" on the door was
plainly legible.
At first I thought I'd just seen one that had been to the car wash shop,
but then I started noticing all the differences in the paint style and the
fact that the car wasn't very banged up compared to most Railbox'ers.
Plus practically all the railbox cars I've seen in the past few years have
the original reporting marks painted out and new stensils of whoever owns
them painted on the area that was painted out.
Also...I noticed the two cars coupled to it sported ONLY "RBOX" for
reporting marks...
...Anyone have any comments or ideas, what exactly is going on?
