No, I don't think they are 4Mx1 because on the rear or foil side there are pads for the parity chips and the number of which (2 each end) are consistent with 1M x 4 dram layout on the front. In other words I could perhaps solder on some 511000's and have 4M parity sticks but why bother as they sell these for a couple dollars at the used shop... Mike **** ...
