Actually,  this is exactly what it means.  You can't access a running
exe/dll,  and you can't juggle descriptor tables from an app, and you can't
do port i/o to any port the OS doesn't want you to (like the DISK
controller)

I don't think anyone in here has said it can't happen;  they have just very
correctly pointed out that all of your techniques won't work.

I have already warned you...please drop this thread,  or post source code
to back up what you say,   or prepare for a complaint to your fidonet feed.
