 I think you are right. The error is all mine :-). I was having trouble
geting timer semaphores frequently enouph and I assumed OS/2 is programing
it's timer at the same old DOS frequency. Obviously I was wrong. 
 Later I found the limitation was somewhere near 30ms, and not 55ms as I
have guessed.
