RS> JO> Hi could you please send me (netmail) the information on how i can get RS> JO> started with EWI. i would most appreciate this. thank you very much. RS> RS> JO> Joseph O"Byrne RS> RS> Its a scam Sam, and illegal too. Gee Rod! Is that the best you can do!? Over the last year or so, I've NEVER seen an on-topic message from you in here! It's always negative comments or pointless replies! Did you ever consider that maybe no-one cares about your opinions!? (To put this in-context for the rest of you... Rod & I had a lengthy discussion through netmail about this... ofcourse it went nowhere.) This echo is intended for advertising products/services! (don't bother with the "practice what you preach" either! This reply is made just for you! You indirectly asked me to write it here! So here it is!) Rod, you give me the impression that you have far too much time on your hands and very little if anything to use it with! Why else would anyone bother to write the amount of replies that you do!? You seem to enjoy scanning through this area (and many others) only to point out your (never asked for and even less wanted) opinion! If you find this productive then you have a major mental flaw! I'm only going to write this once... mainly because I know you far too well to enter into another endless argument! (especially when you're not willing to talk facts)... Also, because this echo isn't the place for another debate! Even if it was the place for a debate... it's hardly realistic to use it as one when we can't see eye-to-eye in an unblocked fashion! ... there are many more reasons which I could add to this... I'll only wear out my keyboard with them... Now that there's another business being advertised, you see an opportunity to occupy yourself yet again with more claims of what YOU THINK it is! If you really had any idea about these companies you might even be involved in one! Most of the MLM/network marketing or whatever companies are completely harmless! They offer a genuine opportunity to people who are interested in that type of business. If a person isn't interested in it, then they need not bother reading it! Replying with "it's a scam! etc." without having any facts about them gains you this: - it makes you look stupid (to the point of being a complete f'wit!) to the people involved. - it turns off people who may have been interested; but probably won't be anymore after reading your message; incorrectly thinking "maybe he's right" - the possibility that if it was brought to the company's attention, and they could prove it was you, that you could be sued for everything you own! - it results in me and others having to waste time removing the lies that you create! - it creates more wasted space in this echo which is the main thing I wanted to avoid! Though you make this very difficult! If this is what you wanted then you have become terribly childish! On many occassions, you've demonstrated a closed-mind! If you really knew about these things, you'd know how easy it is to check if a company is legitimately registered with the relevant government authorities. But it's easier for you to not bother thinking, so you just base your opinion on what you already think you know about the subject. If the company is correctly registered, it is very easy for anyone to obtain any information they like about that company! (such as complaints if people have been ripped off!) There are also some independant companies who specialise in this to provide other businesses or people with information before they get involved with what could be a scam. Once a company commits itself with a contract etc. they can find themselves in major trouble if they try to scam people! Ofcourse, assuming the contract itself is legitimate, then there is little problem here. You should get yourself a copy of this also before you begin to use your uncreative imagination! The fact is this: Yes, there are many scams around! Usually they don't last for long in the same form! They tend to be limited to a small number of people as they are "found out" very quickly after this. But there are exceptions to this: Gambling! i.e. Casinos! This is what I consider to be a scam! I'm quite happy to say this publicly because I can prove it! The local casino here has fixed odds against the gambler in most of its games! I've never played any of them! But I have looked at most of them and worked out the chances of winning! I believe that they should be banned! Or they should tell everyone this before they hand over their money! But back to the business-opportunities, MLM's, etc. Strange how you didn't bother to reply to my ad isn't it Rod! You found a new person to pick on (JC) and knowing you'd get nowhere with me it wasn't even worth it for you! But you weren't happy with just replying to him once... you had to do it in each echo! Then you went behind my back and wrote the above line to Joseph! You can not back up anything that you have written on this subject! Sure, you can reply with "scam, illegal, etc." but only because you'd like it to be! It's rather unfortunate that when legitimate opportunities are available, they are unjustifiably rubbished by you! The only thing John C. can be accused of is not giving you everything you needed to know about the company. If you'd asked for all of the information then I'm sure that he would have given it to you! This action on his part doesn't make it a scam! The worst he may have done is misrepresented the company. It is possible to earn these amounts (and more) but it doesn't happen automatically... If you had all the information in front of you then you could see how these amounts could be earned. (and it's not by the way you're thinking either!) The main thing that is pointed out is that not everyone can earn this. Although it has nothing similar to EWI, but only as an example of what has happened here; If I told you that by buying a small piece of paper from your newsagency for $2 you could win $1,000,000!... Would you say I was trying to scam you! How about if you then realised that I was talking about buying a ticket in Tattslotto? This is not a scam.. everyone knows their chances of winning are 0.0000000001%!!! (or less..) Have you ever bought shares in a company Rod? A subscription with EWI is a pseudo share! Nothing more/nothing less! The only difference with a normal share is that it can't be resold.. however the reward from company profits is always going to be much higher with 80% of the profits being payed in dividends. If you can't understand this then I can't simplify it any more for you! Before you reply with anti-claims and more of your pointless ramblings, get some facts behind you then come back here! If you can input some worthwhile conversation then I may even reply to you! Otherwise this is the last I have to say on this! Let's consider the worst case: You succesfully scare everyone in this and the other echo away because of this little war you like to have... There are plenty of other places to advertise.. most of which are pleasant enough to be void of your ilk! I really won't care. The only loosers are those who aren't willing to find out the truth! Considering the small community of people who read these echoes... that's not many! So again... Unless you can be constructive for once, and talk FACTS; I won't be replying to anything you have to write Rod! Just go about your business as you always have! Don't change a thing! You obviously like the way you are! So as long as you "think" you are happy, you'll know no better! No respect due to you! Further to this: as a sample of the crap you publicly wrote to JC: RS> And you are never likely to be able to check if they ever do RS> spend anything on advertising through out the USA & UK, so if they RS> pocket the money and shoot thru to the Bahamas, you are stuffed. How little you know! Many people (of which I am one) actually KNOW people in the US! There goes another of your unlikely ramblings! EWI has a schedule of every advert they are placing which anyone can access. So the people in the US only need to get this list, turn on their TV and watch at the particular time & channel! Then they can look in the magazines and listen to the radio ad's etc. There is no way for EWI to get out of this if they were scamming people! Yes, they are being watched by everyone over there! Yes, they are actually placing the ad's! Yes, they are actually selling the products etc. etc. There is a heck of a lot more to this company than you'll ever admit to yourself Rod! In my opinion (and many other peoples opinions also..) this is THE BEST investment opportunity available! There are more benefits than just being payed also.. mainly for US members though... are heaps of discounts on thousands of products/services. RS> And cause a few problems for you when the authoritys discover that RS> this is a classic pyramid marketing scheme, explicitly illegal here. You like that word "pyramid" don't you Rod! The fact here is that EWI is NOT a classic pyramid! (there is a legal and non legal form of this too! But you just put them all in one as the same thing! Thus demonstrating your narrow-mind and lack of understanding.) EWI actually forms a vertical line! Each new member is placed under the other. Regardless of which country they join from, or who sponsored them! Each member can build their own network, this is entirely optional... no-one is forced to do this! There are several ways to earn with this system and this is one of them... The end result is that few people bother with this side of it though because they don't need to! (this is just another legal and moral etc. way of marketing) But the definition of "pyramid" is totally inaccurate here! You simply can not apply what you're trying to say to this company! Even if you drew it on paper, it would look nothing like a pyramid! More to the point, this company DOES NOT rely on joining up more and more members! The "pyramids" do! You are totally ignorant on this subject! =================================================================== How do you spot a R.S. message? look for this message format: XX> blah blah blah blah...
