Did you get HEX$ to work with DWORD-Type variables? As soon as the value of 
that DWORD is higher than the highest allowed value of a normal long-vairbale 
PB generates a failure.

I CANT use LONGs instead of DWORDs in this case, has someone a source which 
does the same thing as the HEX$-command does and works with DWORDS? I'm in a 
big need of such a source... :(
