My brother went and bought a complete Sherwood outfit... spent a bit of money too.

After one week, one of the speaker's died completely, the remote control
was failing intermittently, and the tape deck was playing up.

He photone Chandlers who tried to palm him off.

So... together, he and I packed the lot up, walked into the store, and
spread all the boxes over the floor, in front of the counter, but near the
Exit door.   We then audibly made it clear that they were going to give him
a full refund.

Chandlers promptly refunded his money.  The guy there then admitted that
they'd had "many" problems with faulty Sherwood gear.  8-)
