Hello, world!

I have a very small question: Is there a (pd/sw/payware) screendesign
util like the Resource Workshop which can design a window instead of
only dialogboxes? I think this is not possible with the .RC-files, so a
program which delivers some kind of C-output which I can put into my own
source is also a nice idea.
