Consider InJoy registered beyond basic level. It is supposed to be able to
take care of IP Masquerading really well. Don't use IP Masq myself yet but
will give it a try when I'm ready to connect the other systems.

Any reason why NS2.02 won't do what you want? The April version fixes bunches
of bugs and adding a -3 command line switch to the settings causes it to tell
the world it is NS ver 3.
If you absolutely have to have NS win running then make sure your VDOSTCP.SYS
is running and you might need to mess with some DLLs and pathing. I haven't
done that either... no need to... if it isn't OS2 native I don't run it for
IP.
