Exteriorization....
Hello there Gina!
Now, I can tell you that you are particular about the
infinity of sounds of the spirit, and if I am correct you
are not familiar as I am of my very own and some
others who are familiar with the buzzing sounds,
so I will tell you this, I am familiar with a heavy 
buzzing sound prior to any exteriorization of the
soul or spirit body, if you will, but what works for
you is what works for you when it works for you.
Anotherwards, it may be different for you when
your belief system is different...
Below, is Carlos Castaneda's individual experience
along with some practicioners of the American
Indian Religion who do experience the buzzing
sound. Go to the www and read the interesting
and valid report on the buzzing of this enormous
bee induced by Carlos Castaneda's second Peyote
experience, which filled him with fear, and he
 then saw don Juan's eyes turn into the eyes
of the bee...

During his second peyote experience with don Juan, Castaneda ingested
fourteen peyotes and suddenly detected a buzzing noise inside his ears
that became " louder by degrees until it was like the vibration caused
by an enormous bull-roarer" (1968,93) . Shortly after publishing his
recollection of the incident Castaneda disclosed that at a peyote
meeting (whose location was unidentified) he learned from the Indians
(of unspecified tribes) that "Mescalito" comes in a specific way, 
proclaiming his presence by buzzing, Castaneda stated  that these 
unidentified Indians believed that anybody who takes peyote hears
buzzing in the ears. This sound is a spiritual sound, and it may take
us out of the body in the long or short run..
