Who specifically are you referencing here? There's a very small amount 
of people that are actually responsible for the offtopic and 
completely worthless posts. I share some of the blame in that respect 
because I choose not to ignore all of it. I respond to some. That 
fuels it's fire.

Depends on the war, I suspect. The individual (or crybaby) using the 
remailer has been doing this on and off for several years now. It 
doesn't matter if I actually respond or not, it's still going to post. 

I choose to respond to some of them because the great google (hah) 
indexes usenet posts and some people actually think a 'google' check 
on somebody yields valid information in all cases. To cheap to 
actually do a background check I guess. Use google instead, take 
whatever comes back as the gospel, dig no further. So, I respond and 
question the poster on occasion. I bring up outright lies and stories 
it likes to tell, as I know that gets google archived too.
