Although I know you'd very much *enjoy* trashing this echo with me,
I certainly wouldn't. I respect the idea behind these echoes, and the
decent people in them.

Your replies so far are merely more of the same. You show no signs of
improvement. Only deterioration. (I suspect that if your chair is made of
wood, it'll have dry-rot by now! Don't rock back too far! We'd have to pay
your hospital bill then!)

NOTHING that you have written has anything to back it. You simply mumble
on and on and on and on and on with your repetitive-drivel-syndrome.

Your problem is that you're so far into this now that you *want* it to be a
scam! Even if someone did have the time to waste to prove to you how legit
EWI is, you still would reply with "scam"! You obviously have no
intention
of checking up for yourself, and because no-one's going to pointlessly go
out of their way for you (this would mean driving over to your house and
slamming the proof in your face, then flying you over to the USA and paying
for your five-year stay whilst you monitor the company's operations (would
that be enough proof for you Rod!!!???)), you never will realise the truth!

Have you ever been on the internet Rod?

You'll have much more fun on there! Any replies from you would simply be
swept away with the rest of the noise! You could compensate for this
though by getting a permanent connection and replying every hour!

There are heaps of *actual* scams on there! You'd be delighted by all the
chain-letters etc.!!!

The end result would be this: you'd immediately be labelled one of the
net.police and stuck in the kill files of many people's readers!
Not to mention the numerous mail-bombs and other things made for your type!

Though there are even areas made specially for people like you so you'd
always be occupied!

It's obvious that for every ad. John or anyuone else posts for these truly
legit. companies... you (and quite a few others - though you are the main
problem here) intend to reply with undeserved trash! That's your option.
(more to the point, it's all your opinion!) The more you do it though, the
more stupid you will look!

If you were shown a verifiable list (names, addresses and numbers you could
call to check) of the 10k plus people in EWI, what would you say? This can
be obtained believe it or not! (though not too easily... EWI must respect
their member's privacy) I don't need to see it myself though so why would
I go out of my way to get it for you! If you want to see it I can tell you
where from! But when I already know your answer why should I even bother to
do this!?

If you realised that EWI is a global opportunity, what would you say? (not
just Australia as you'd like to imply with your pathetic reasoning of how
easy it would be for an overseas company to rip people off etc.) Australia
is a very limited market for anything! IF you were running a business
you'd be thankful that there are other countries to sell your product!

If I told you that EWI is a member of three main American organisations and
you could verify this for free if you have internet access by using the WWW
what would you say? Further to this... these organistaions are:
Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce
Better Business Bureau
and Dun & BradStreet.

here's an extract from my Netscape Browser's bookmark file: (extract the
"http:......" part for actual WWW address of these organisations.)

Don't just take my word for it.... go visit these sites! You can check for
the companies listed with them whilst online! If you know anything about
business then you'll know what these three companies are! A scam will not
make its way into all of these places! You can even buy an independant
review online from D&B on EWI or any other company if you want!

This is the cheapest way (free actually!) to check up on EWI! You could go
to all lengths to find out about them if you really wanted to! The main
managers/directors put their name to the company... they have nothing to
hide... You won't have any difficulty finding out what you want.

Don't start with your "doesn't matter if they're registered with
..." crap!
For starters, this investment doesn't cost much at all! We're not talking
about a life-savings loss, even if it was a scam. Ofcourse all companies
can disappear, go bankrupt etc. etc. But the genuine ones usually don't
and can't anyway as what life would the people live if they had to
"disappear"!??

I have some money invested with BT. A huge Australian Investment Company.
The fine-print at the bottom of every prospectus reads: "Member companies
of the Bankers Trust Australia Group do not guarantee the repayment of
capital or the performance of the Trust."

If I were you, I could translate this as: "We will take all your money and
there's nothing you can do about it!"

I could probably give a hundred examples of how thin your arguments are Rod!
What's more, I can actually PROVE what I'm writing about!
Just summarise what you're trying to say and we could probably come to this
agreement:

* All investments have some degree of risk! Even leaving the cash under
your mattress (where you earn nothing!) could be risky! (you could be
  robbed!)

EWI is an investment! It therefore has an amount of risk. But the reality
is that the risk is very low! In the best-case scenario: EWI could sell
every product they advertise in the millions and make themselves and every
member a heap of money!!! This is why it is a pseudo share! But then
perhaps all of this has gone way over your head and it's all just been
another waste of time!?

Being a member of the organisations I mentioned makes them (voluntarily)
fully accountable! So if you want to analyse the worst-case scenario, after
considering all of this, then go right ahead! With the type of business
they run, it would probably be that they don't sell many products at all..
so they learn from their mistakes and find better products, etc. and try
again. The time between these events would only be a matter of months, so
they'd be able to get their act together pretty quickly to get people into
profit.
With the experience that the team working there has, this worst-case
scenario is not at all likely!

Your "scam" drivel is way off!

I've only dealt with a few of the hopeless things you've written. There's a
heap of other things I could prove you wrong on if I really wanted to.
However I really couldn't be bothered with you any more! This would only
end up being another endless argument where you carry on with a load of
crap that you just made up on the fly.. then me providing a way to prove
you wrong. Ofcourse you never will bother to check up anything of what I
or anyone else writes so you'll just repeat yourself over and over!

None of your replies were funny. There really was nothing in them at all!
If they're not meant as a joke (though they end up being a joke on you!),
if they have no facts in them and if they're off-topic... why the heck do
you persist in writing them? (Don't bother answering... I already know!)

Hopefully by now some of this has been taken seriously by you Rod.

I could bring up where we left off with our netmail argument... (i.e. the
one from a year ago with you hiding behind your keyboard, not telling me
anything about who you are, what you do, etc.)... But I really don't care
for any of it anymore. It's quite sad to know how demented some people are.
(I've seen the nursing-homes. These people have my sympathy.)

btw, Rod. direct your next reply to NIL:
This is the last I have to write to you.
Again, as last time, you will be left with the deluded sense of thinking
you have "won" after you get the last say.

Just before I go, your pattern is hilarious!

not only the:
RS>
XX>
RS>
XX>

... but also the way I will state ways and means and actual real-life
examples of what I'm trying to show! (sometimes with a way to prove it!)

Then your reply will be "no it's not! it's this... it's that it's ..."
I doubt you even know what you're saying when you say "it's a
pyramid-marketing thing.... explicity illegal here..."

This is the main issue here is it not!? Go ask the TPC (Trades
Practices...), the ASC (Australian Securities Commission...) etc. etc. in
Australia what IS and ISN'T legal.. and ask them (as politely as you can)
to write it down for you so you don't forget...

It's time to update that brain-cell of yours!

As far as I can rememebr (though I haven't checked this..) There was a time
when MLM/Network things WERE illegal! This was only because of the way
they were run; most of them really were a scam (chain-letter style) being
operated by backyarders etc.

But standards, conditions, rules etc. were made to regulate the MLM
industry and then it was legalised! You like to tell us all how old you
are so I suspect you're still living in the '60s! (or maybe the '50s!?)
i.e. PRIOR to the legalisation of this.

EWI isn't a typical MLM, nor does it form the typical "pyramid" that many
do... but it does conform to (and exceed) all rules, regulations etc. in
Australia, USA etc.

Even the application-form states quite plainly about EWI!

I'll quote a part of it: (this text is in a big box above where you would
sign so there's no way it can be missed!!!)

"STATUTORY WARNING
Before you sign this contract:-
(a) Make sure that you have read it carefully and that you have seen a
document which explains the scheme in detail.
(b) Consider the following:-
1. It is advisable to take independant legal advice before signing a
contract.
2. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easily achieved.
3. All businesses carry some risk. Do not purchase more stock than you
believe you can sell in a reasonable period."

The third part (purchasing stock) isn't relevant in most cases because EWI
sells the products - not the subscribers... But it is possible that
someone will want to retail some of the goods as well.

They can not be more fair than this!!! The business is operated in a
completely open way!

Going back to what I said before though... you never actually will bother
to check any of this so I've just wasted more of my time!
