Speaking only to this point, Ward had made quite a few comments over the
past couple years that would lead one to assume he would rather see his own
zones points of view expounded over the others. We seen this mentality
echoed 10 fold with the PC deal involving you and the IC vote thing.

Just as you and I been explaining how the Grant PC shouldnt involve the Z1C
making public statements on it, when Ward was the IC, he too should have
avoided the appearance of bias.
