JO> could you please send me (netmail) the information on how i can get JO> started with EWI. i would most appreciate this. thank you very much. RS> Its a scam Sam, and illegal too. RB> Gee Rod! Is that the best you can do!? Who cares if it is the 'best' I can do Dick ? In this particular case I had comprehensively put the boot into the tripe that John had posted, to him. So it was appropriate to just put that bit in that one to Joe. If you dont like that, stiff shit. RB> Over the last year or so, I've NEVER seen RB> an on-topic message from you in here! That particular one is on topic dorko, John was attempting an illegal scam, I was pointing out that its an illegal scam. If you dont like that, thats just too damned bad Dick. Corse there is just the TINY matter that you appeared to be involved in the scam yourself. RB> This echo is intended for advertising products/services! So why do you choose to actually post what you claim are off topic messages in here yourself Dick ? Boy do you look a hypocrite when you do. Particularly when you choose to fill it with juvenile ad hominem. Reams of mindless juvenile attempts at ad hominem deleted. RB> Most of the MLM/network marketing or RB> whatever companies are completely harmless! And some of them have been explicitly declared illegal Dick. This scam by EWI qualifys. RB> They offer a genuine opportunity to people RB> who are interested in that type of business. The EWI stuff is actually a scam Dick. Reams of mindless juvenile attempts at ad hominem deleted. RB> If you really knew about these things, you'd know RB> how easy it is to check if a company is legitimately RB> registered with the relevant government authorities. Registering a company has nothing whatever to do with the question of whether it engages in illegal activity Dick. If you look closely you will notice that the Bonds, Skases, Carvers, Spedleys of this world ALL used companys which were legitimately registered with the relevant government authorities. THEY ALL ended up in jail Dick. RB> If the company is correctly registered, it is very easy for RB> anyone to obtain any information they like about that company! Doesnt prevent them from being used for illegal scams tho Dick. RB> There are also some independant companies who specialise RB> in this to provide other businesses or people with information RB> before they get involved with what could be a scam. In this case its not necessary Dick, its dead bloody obvious from the detail that John posted that its an illegal pyramid marketing scheme, with some dead obvious detail like advertising in the US, where it will be hard for the suckers to check if what the company claims to be doing is actually being done. Its a scam, pure and simple. RB> Once a company commits itself with a contract etc. they can RB> find themselves in major trouble if they try to scam people! That depends entirely on whether you can catch the principals and deal with them in the legal system. And the setup this particular scam has used, with the money being raised from suckers here, and the principals NOT here, means that thats not easy to do at all, and VERY expensive. Its not even cheap to just get the evidence on what they have or have not done on their purported claims about spending on advertising in the US say. And thats no coincidence Dick, its been setup like that to MAKE that stuff hard. Stands out like dogs balls Dick. RB> Ofcourse, assuming the contract itself is RB> legitimate, then there is little problem here. There is however a tiny problem with the assumption that it is legitimate tho Dick. And it aint, its an explicitly illegal pyramid marketing scheme. RB> The fact is this: Yes, there are many scams around! And this is an absolute classic, its stands out like dogs balls. RB> Usually they don't last for long in the same form! And hopefully not too many will be suckered by this one. I happen to think its desirable to minimise those who might be conned, which is why I made that remark to Joe Dick. If you dont like that, stiff shit. Much raving on about casinos deleted. Irrelevant Dick. RB> Strange how you didn't bother to reply to my ad isn't it Rod! It came after the ones from John that I did bother to reply to Dick. There wasnt a whole lot of point in repeating it to you Dick. Even you should have been able to read the stuff to John Dick. RB> The only thing John C. can be accused of is not giving RB> you everything you needed to know about the company. Fraid not Dick, he did in a direct reply, and did in another to ALL too. Which made it even more obvious its an explicitly illegal pyramid marketing scheme. And a scam. Much irrelevant raving on deleted. RB> Have you ever bought shares in a company Rod? Yes Dick. RB> A subscription with EWI is a pseudo share! No Dick, nothing like a share, pseudo or otherwise. RB> The only difference with a normal share is that it can't be resold.. There are a HELL of a lot more differences than that Dick, including some tiny questions on the ASC oversight etc. RB> however the reward from company profits is always going to be RB> much higher with 80% of the profits being payed in dividends. Thats the claim. Pity its just the line of bullshit to sucker people in. There wont BE any 'profits' Dick, these schemes rely on generating a cash flow that is used early on to pay SOME money to the early adopters, which get them conning people they know etc, and that results in lots more pumped out of the suckers pockets, and they piss off to the Bahamas etc with it. RB> Let's consider the worst case: You succesfully scare everyone RB> in this and the other echo away because of this little war you RB> like to have... There are plenty of other places to advertise.. There are indeed. I can point out the scam without much effort here, I dont bother with the other stuff. We have operations like the Investigators who can expose far better than I could ever do. And they do so repeatedly. Much juvenile raving deleted. RS> And you are never likely to be able to check if they ever do (Continued to next message) --- PQWK202* Origin: afswlw rjfilepwq (3:711/934.2) SEEN-BY: 711/809 934 |
