Registering a company has nothing whatever to do with the question
of whether it engages in illegal activity Dick. If you look closely
you will notice that the Bonds, Skases, Carvers, Spedleys of this
world ALL used companys which were legitimately registered with the
relevant government authorities. THEY ALL ended up in jail Dick.

In this case its not necessary Dick, its dead bloody obvious from
the detail that John posted that its an illegal pyramid marketing
scheme, with some dead obvious detail like advertising in the US,
where it will be hard for the suckers to check if what the company
claims to be doing is actually being done. Its a scam, pure and simple.

That depends entirely on whether you can catch the principals and
deal with them in the legal system. And the setup this particular
scam has used, with the money being raised from suckers here, and
the principals NOT here, means that thats not easy to do at all, and
VERY expensive. Its not even cheap to just get the evidence on what
they have or have not done on their purported claims about spending
on advertising in the US say. And thats no coincidence Dick, its been
setup like that to MAKE that stuff hard. Stands out like dogs balls Dick.

flow that is used early on to pay SOME money to the early adopters, which
get them conning people they know etc, and that results in lots more pumped
out of the suckers pockets, and they piss off to the Bahamas etc with it.

There are indeed. I can point out the scam without much effort
here, I dont bother with the other stuff. We have operations
