BM>JK> YES, IT DOES. ALCOHOLICS AND ADDICTS WILL APPEAR TO "BENEFIT" from
BM>JK>drugs of their choice. The alcoholics function much better with
BM>JK>alcohol in the early stages of their addiction.
BM>You can't read Jane, you can't see the forest for the trees. You
BM>can't see the difference between an alcoholic's craving for alcohol
BM>and a junkies craving for whatever they are hooked on and a medication
BM>prescribed for a specific purpose. The alcoholic chooses to drink
BM>that's plain and simple; the junkie chooses to pop that pill or shoot
BM>up on whatever.
That kind of bullshit has been long since proven to be untrue. The fact
that you wrote this indicates to me that you have no formal education in
addiction whatsoever and that you are completely unqualified to make any
statements at all about the subject.
I do have by law in this state the qualification to say what I did. And
I have long ago stopped being at all "nice" where the lives of other
people are constantly being placed at risk by those who don't have the
first clue as to what is wrong with them and what to do about it.
Kindly leave this entire subject to those who do know or go find courses
that will enable you to form an opinion based on facts instead of
prejudice.
