Best example is Bush saying in essence that if he doesn't get his way then
that places the credibility of the UN into question implying "in
general" where in reality it means "with me GW Bush".

Has he even asked South Africa or Brazil or the PRC or Nigeria or the
Czechs or the Kazachs or the Papuans, or the Japanese etc etc.etc. whether
they think it would place the credibility of the UN in question if he
doesn't get his way?
