Testing failure?  If memory serves an idiot F-104 throttle-jockey in a
chase plane thought it'd be real neat to fly between the vertical
stabilizers of the XB-70, tried it, encountered turbulence (DUH!), collided
and totalled both aircraft.  I didn't know anyone got out of either plane.
