Same basic thing:  use "#204" in the text field where 204 is the decimal
number of the icon's resource in the .EXE file.  Example:

  WinCreateWindow(hwndParent,WC_BUTTON,"#204",
                  BS_NOPOINTERFOCUS | BS_ICON | BS_PUSHBUTTON,
                  x,y,cx,cy,hwndOwner,HWND_TOP,id,NULL,NULL);
