It sure does. One needs 1.7.5 for drag-and-drop, 1.8b1 for opening PDF
files on websites, and a Windows computer with Internet Explorer for all
those websites that do not work properly with Mozilla (I can easily name
several - it may be sloppy programming violating software standards, but
it is a fact that if they work with IE, then we are excluded).
