We *are* morally superior to tyrants, facists, communists, terrorists, etc.
I feel comfort in saying that.

I know we are not perfect, but a damn sight better than these folks. This
is not arrogance, but a statement of fact. And those who have been freed
from oppression know it. Too many others have forgotten or have had their
plastic minds shaped by the heat of peer pressure.

Let's even say it is arrogance, to which I'd have to say "so
what?" I do not like arrogance, but it is of little import compared to
the
*hatred* of others toward us given their support of someone like
Saddam Hussein.
