I doubt there's any connection to the allergy... :) And, yes, I know,
for most people there's just no powering through a migraine... I suspect
that for those of us that can, there's some element of "have to"... In
my case, I had one hit while I was driving long-distance, with schedules
to make for my passengers, and neither could take over the driving... so
I just soldiered through... an unexpected ability, since up to then, I'd
just keep going until it got too bad and then I'd retreat to my bed...
In my niece's case, she gets them everyday, often for much of the day...
and she simply decided that she wasn't going to let that stop her from
having a life... So she plays soccer, plays her flute, does her college
classes, etc, whether or not there's a migraine there... There are still
some times that she takes to her bed with dark and peace and quiet, when
it just gets impossible...

JK> No aspirin would drive me nuts for sure. For years the first thing

Each body is different... ;) What works for one, doesn't for
another... and what is poison to one is a lifesaver to another... ;)

JK> Yes, I should have read that more carefully, in my mind I was seeing
JK> all almond flour since that is what I used. 1 1/2 cups almond flour :)
Ah... that makes better sense... ;) And still would taste quite
nice... maybe even better... (G)
