        My new one does have ONE ISA and it is populated with my old USR
        modem. The MoBo is a PLE01 and sports a VIA C3 at 800 MHz. VIA
        used to be Cyrix, I think.

        Run quite good and MoBo Monitor says that it wirls at 803 MHz.
        All is on board beside this.I only added a NIC.
