Hi Adam,
No, it's always been there. You may have to make sure that ",Warpcenter"
is included in the autostart line in config.sys though.
The object for "eComCenter" [eCS-specific WarpCenter] is located in the
Desktop folder "Programs|Utilities"! I always have had the
WarpCenter|eComCenter located at the top of the screen, and it's no
problem to also have the eCenter at the bottom!
