I'd like to see the union parliament moved to on top of saddleworth moor.
1/2 way between edinburgh & London, right in the middle of
"pennine city", close to wales & closer to ireland.
Oh & on the border between lancashire (old lancashire i.e now including
"greater manchester", "merseyside" etc.) &
yorkshire. west to liverpool, east to hull.
Keep the english parliament in westminster.
