I have the regular main event... the one that's on all the time... and I
have event "A" that runns hourly and processes InterBBS stuff and
calls the hub for mail... 311 is my hub.

I'd like all mail to move freely to him via the mailer and I'd like the
mail for my pont to move through IREX... Right now it requires me to give
it a kick from time to time.
