Bruce, I do remember seeing both Tigger and it was not at Olivia's Character 
breakfast!  Since we were not 'looking' for Tigger, we can't remember where, 
but I think it was at EPCOT, but not sure about it.  All I remember is that I 
was surprised to see Tigger and Tigger, in anycase, was walking one way and I 
in another.  Next time I will try to get some pictures!  I have plenty from 
our character breakfast at the Poly, including Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale!  
The wife got her pic with Mickey in Toontown.
