Hmm... lessee... "0" "." (from the keypad with numlock on)
work fine here with TSEjr/2 v4.0 (QEDIT/2 v4.0).  Haven't
got 3.0 installed anymore so I can't check that.
You might want to look at QCONFIG.EXE and make sure you're
letting it use the AT "extended" keyboard test.
