Well, it's not Baku, but I was in Budapest just over a year ago doing a
report on my laptop in the hotel bar.  The waitress wandered past and asked
if I'd like to borrow an RJ45 cable.  There was a small deposit - about $10
in Florints - that I got back afterwards but no other charges.  The speed
was every bit as good as here at home.
