Is that one of those whistles that you blow underwater and the folks up top 
get to hear little chirps as the bubbles break the surface?  
That kind of crap goes on everywhere.  I used to work in a rehab center and i 
remember looking at an ad for a "wheelchair carrier" for the car that looked 
*exactly* like a bike carrier.  Of course, it cost $300.
