| subject: | MSGID support in PCBoard |
Hi! All, I've put together a test PCB system just to investigate the in's & out's of how PCB handles echo/net-mail. While I'm at it, BTW, this node # isn't in any nodelist and will probably never get anywhere near being listed. The only problem I can see so far is that this (full-screen) editor in PCB doesn't correctly add the Fido node # to the MSGID kludge. At least I didn't see it in a local test, so I won't be able to check this message till it arrives at my normal node. I can understand that PCB won't be aware of the (fidonet) domain, which is an allowed element in the MSGID spec, as domain support was still only being discussed at about the time this version hit the streets. I can't figure out why the node # isn't added. All the boxes in the config have been filled. :-) Would anyone care to advise me of which settings may help, please? Cheers, Paul. --- PCBoard (R) v15.3/M 100* Origin: Nemesis BBS - Test site *only* (3:640/1640) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 @PATH: 640/1640 384 954 774/605 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
