There are two "points" to knowing the future. The first is to change
things so that they don't occur as "predicted" and the second is to be
better able to cope with things that are going to happen that we
cannot change.

Do you want to know the future, or not ? You seem to suggest that you
don't want to in your first paragraph but then seem unhappy because
you cannot in the next paragraph.

What you should do depends on whether the person giving you the
predictions is of a positive, or negative, persuasion. You may even
have positive AND negative spirits telling you of the future.
The simplest way to find out is to get an idea of the accuracy of the
predictions. If the majority are of negative events and/or untrue then
that would be a strong indicator of negative influence.
You should be setting up effective psychic protection before having
any spirit input. This reduces negative input. In addition you should
be directing light and love to all the people "guiding" you. This
helps the positive ones and discourages the negative ones.  :-)
