Oh, I know that.  That's why I'm no salesman. :)  I discovered that when I
was working at Radio Shack.  I just couldn't bring myself to push the more
expensive model over a lesser-priced model of an item with a customer
because I am too frugal to do that myself.  Needless to say, I didn't last
too long there since I didn't pimp out enough cell phones to people either.
