I never use pepper when I cook, neither of us likes it that much, but I
will not eat at sliced tomato without salt and pepper. We also like to
dip our toasted cheese sandwiches in catsup or ketchup. When our first
daughter in law joined the family, she had to leave the table because she
thought it was disgusting!
