True, The Wife got along just fine with her old 500 Mhz cpu for many
years. The only reason I upgraded her to a 1400 Mhz machine was becasue
I had it laying arround and got tired of the USB driver hassles with Win
98SE so decided to use the old machine along with the upgrade to Win XP

The only thing I did not realize was thet it was a USB-1 MB and boy are
the front USB ports slow!!  :-)
But she is not into USB devices yet even though I gave her one to use.
