I can only point out that Mystic *supports* this. It doesn't continue the
creation of it. There were teenagers making FILE_ID.DIZ's back in the 90s
with their home grown artgroups (there were hundreds of them). So, the fact
that they're out there is relevant. Mystic is one of the only BBS softwares
to support that. It doesn't create ANSI or pipe coded diz's though, as far
as I know.
