AA>TOM WALKER -> ED VANCE said.. AA> EV>> WOW!!!!! Tom, What a TYPO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AA> TW> That kind of typo is common for me lately. I let my fingers AA> TW> bridge two keys iun a manner so they both print. I think I am AA> TW> getting too old for this stuff. At least they are kind to the AA> TW> old man here. I have been driven out of some Echos by the AA> TW> Elitists that nit pick every error. AA>Have you tried voice-activated software to do the typing for you? August, Way back in the 1990's I helped a fellow I worked with install some "Speaking" software on his Win95 computer. After "Training" the software to his voice, He started Speaking a email he was sending to me. It was a disaster what appeared on the screen as he spoke. I told him to go ahead and send the email to me so I could have a copy of it. That fellow certainly didn't get his moneys worth. I hope the more expensive versions of that Dragon software does better than what I saw happen at his house that day. From my experience that day, I wouldn't reccommend Tom trying it, it might get Him too frustrated, where He couldn't even type plain text anymore to us. * SLMR 2.1a #T348 * Windows 3.1 preservation society --- SBBSecho 2.12-Linux* Origin: telnet & http://cco.ath.cx - Dial-Up: 502-875-8938 (1:2320/105.1) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 @PATH: 2320/105 0/0 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
