Another problem you may run into along the way is finding a copy of Tiger (OS X 10.4) that will both work and doesn't cost you an arm and leg. You'll need to find a retail version of Tiger (black disk with a large X on it) since any other copy is going to be machine specific. Sellers on eBay and even Craig's list are asking $100 or more for the retail version of Tiger.
