Just the basic configuration: 4 GB memory, 500 GB hard drive and whatever
graphics card is included.  Memory can be updated later if needed.  That's
fairly easy to do on an iMac.  Updating the hard drive is a different
matter.  Apple has made it very difficult to do a hard drive swap because
of the proprietary SATA connection and temperature sensor they place on the
hard drive.

Swapping out a hard drive on an iMac would be something Jean would enjoy
doing.  He's always up to a challenge.  :)
