Problem is the packet was destined to 21:1/100 not 1:275/100 - thus, my
mailer was scanning for 00010064.FLO - but FMAIL made a 01130064.FLO, this
is my confusion - I checked "Node Manager", not GROUP A which is
Carol, it is GROUP B.

The only thing I see I did wrong was System is 21:1/100, but VIA system, I
had 21:1/144 (me) and Use AKA was AUTO ... it is now 21:1/100, 21:1/100 and
21:1/144 ... going to test again (always helps to document the issue) ;-)
