That the kids of poor families, particularly ones born to teen mothers,
may have poor educational outcomes is true.
But that does _not_ mean there is a "plot" by the affluent to keep the
children of the poor from succeeding. It is much more likely the result of:
being born as crack babies or with fetal alcohol syndrome, having apathetic
parents who don't care about school, and poor parenting.
