Virtually all vegetables and fruits contain protein. Some, such as beans,
have, as I recall, more protein per calorie and per dollar than animal
sources. The only "problem" with vegetable protein is that it is
"incomplete," meaning that one must eat a variety of vegetables, fruits, and
grains in a meal in order to form complete protein.
