You will need to check the detailed specs. The R51 is a newer machine than
theT42, however the T42 hardware is more OS2 compatible. Check the specs. If
both drives are ultrabay 2000 devices, you should be able to simply move the
R51 drive into the T42, reboot, switch it to VGA drivers (unless you are
running Scitech in which case that wonderful software will take care of
switching for you). Then go through and update / correct the drivers. Look at
USB, Ethernet, Video.
