It appears to be a resource error. I get one thread still alive (Thread one 
which puts the frame and window up as well as the menu bars.)  It runs in a 
blocked status.  I sent a lengthy message to IBM and Netscape explaining that 
something is seriously wrong to cause this.
With the beta, this happened all the time.  I don't know about the Jan 28/29 
release though (I did not throughly test it, yet.)
