Don't think the qualification "outsourced" is at his place here, as Big 
Blue didn't outsource but has sold his entire devision and everything in 
it (except for the marca registrade IBM and the marca registrada 
ThinkPad). When a company sources out, it still keeps the ownership of 
patents, intellectual properties, etc... etc... . And headquarters rest 
in the same place.
But here we are looking at a massive transfer of property. Big a 
difference is it (and probably worse in your mind).
