  In Canada, where I am, the pricing is $140 for the CD-ROM
edition which includes printed manuals for the OWL stuff (Tutorial,
Programmer's Guide and Reference).

  I would assume that *some* behind-the-scenes work was done, but
several others indicate that bugs they have experienced in the
past are still present.  Too bad.
