I didn't even get offered - I had to ask - after working for the
company for over 4 years since age 18, I hadn't had a pay rise,
regardless what law or awards might say...   I also asked for an
official full time position instead of a casual full time position - I
got a 12 month contract that said nothing, and a promise... :(  But, at
least I still have a job...
