I had that experience too - many years ago, but I suspect I "baked"
the soil to death! It will *stink*. BUT - though I have yet to try
it - I imagine if it's done at the suggested, much lower temperatures
for the limited time (about thirty minutes once the soil reaches the
proper temp) there will probably not be that much small.

You might not like it - but from my previous experience - it was the
only way to survive... Grin. I hope we can hear from somone that
has done it correctly so we can see what their experience has been.
If not - well I guess I will just have to try it myself.
