My first computer was a ZX81. I also had the 16K RAM Pack, but I could never
get it to work on mine. It worked on other friends ZX81'a ... just not mine.
I spent many hours removing REM statements and anything else I could find to
remove from 16K programs so I could play them on 1K.
I think the Timex 1000 had 2K vs the 1K of the ZX81.
